What's Covered:

• Theft: In the unfortunate event your card is stolen, we will provide a replacement.

• Damage: Accidental damage that impacts the functionality of your card.

• Forfeiture by Bank: If your card is forfeited by the bank for any reason, we’ll replace it.

• Expiration: If your card expires during the coverage period, we’ll issue a replacement.

• Loss During Travel: If your card is lost while traveling, we’ll replace it (with supporting documentation from relevant authorities).

Replacement Process:

• For a nominal fee of $35 per replacement, we’ll send you a new card with the same design as your original.

• You can utilize this insurance up to two times during the coverage period.

• A Bank Letter is required, stating the reason for replacement (e.g., theft, damage, forfeiture, expiration).

• Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to return their old card to us, in addition to the $35 replacement fee.

• For lost cards, you must provide a police report or documentation from a relevant authority along with your claim.

Coverage Duration:

• You can choose between a 2-year or 3-year plan, based on your needs.

What’s Not Covered:

• Wear and Tear: Normal use and aging of the card over time.

• Scratches: Surface-level cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.

• Misuse or Negligence: Loss or damage resulting from intentional misuse or negligence, such as dropping the card or using it in harsh environments.

• Non-Functional Issues: If the card becomes non-functional due to issues unrelated to its design or structure, such as software malfunctions or connection issues with your bank.

Terms:

• Insurance must be purchased at the time of buying your custom metal debit card, during the same checkout process.

• Verification: You must provide a verification email and receipt with a matching name to confirm your card purchase and insurance coverage.

• For multiple cards or multiple orders, you will need to purchase separate insurance for each card.

• The $35 fee applies per replacement card, per claim.

• You may request a replacement up to two times within the coverage period for each card.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the old card to us, in addition to the $35 replacement fee.

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident to qualify for a replacement.

Additional Notes:

• This insurance provides peace of mind for your custom card but does not cover damages caused by unauthorized use or incidents involving non-compliant behavior with the card issuer.

• All replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the old card and relevant documentation.
