Order and Confirmation: Once you complete your order, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions.
Prepaid Shipping: We'll send you a prepaid shipping label for sending your old card to our facility.
Swift Transformation: We transfer your data to the new metal card using patent-pending technology.
EMV Chip Magic: We extract the chip from your old card and embed it into the metal one.
Fast Turnaround: Delivery in 4β6 business days.
Original Card Returns: Youβll get both your old and new card back.
Important: Your old plastic card will no longer be functional after the chip transfer.
Your security is our priority. We never ask for PINs or SSNs. You can also send a frozen or inactive card if needed.
Once your card is processed, all personal data is deleted. Weβre based in Auckland and use patent-pending tech.
Work with our designers to create a custom card. Use our online customizer to place your order.
We offer a 30-day warranty for defective original purchases (e.g., magnetic strip or EMV chip issues).
Scratches or lost/stolen cards are not covered. Replacements aren't issued for those cases.
If this happens within 30 days of receiving your metal card, we'll replace it. We've got you covered.
From receiving your card to sending back the metal one: 4β6 business days. Same-day processing & fast shipping via NZ Post or Pass the Parcel.
- Damaged items: Exchange offered if reported within 7 days.
- Shipping: Customers pay for return/exchange shipping.
- No Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Warranty: Only valid within 30 days and for functional defects.

Once your order is submitted, design changes can only be made if the card hasnβt entered production. Please contact us immediately if you'd like to make changes.
We can convert most debit and credit cards from major banks (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Prepaid cards, gift cards, and some specialty cards may not be eligible β contact us if you're unsure.
Yes β our metal cards do not support contactless (tap-to-pay). You can still use your phone or smartwatch for tap payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
Currently, we serve customers in New Zealand and Australia. If youβre outside these regions, contact us to see if we can assist.
If your card hasnβt been processed yet, weβll return it safely. If processing has started, we may be unable to cancel. Please contact support as soon as possible.
