Your card is delivered to our secure, locked facility in Auckland, New Zealand. All orders are processed and fulfilled the SAME DAY upon receipt. Once we receive your card, you will be notified and provided with return tracking information.

Your personal card information is never stored, displayed, or viewed by any person(s) other than the Payment Compliance Certified staff at Metaswipe. Your card WILL NOT be charged by Metaswipe during the upgrade process. We recommend you temporarily "freeze/lock" your card before shipping it to us.
